Bought a bed chase lounger from here a many years ago and still have them holding up good on the bed but the chase has seen better days but it has been 9+ years

My sofa and coffee table were both damaged, once they verified we had protection coverage,they both immediately helped me submit my claim, as well as assisted us in getting replacement furniture. Our initial visit on 04/19/2023 was awesome, service from Representative Kirstin was great, very helpful. We purchas3 at piece queen bedroset & the bed wasn’t at that location, so she called the Montgomery store to see if they had one in stock & they did, so she put order in for it to be delivered to the store. She informed us she would notify us the next day when it arrived. We didn’t hear from her the next day, so on Friday we went back to the store & spoke with her & she said it wasn’t there & said to come back the next day. No explanation given why it wasn’t delivered. We went back Saturday & it wasn’t delivered. She called them but didn’t explain to us what happened. She told us again she would call, but never heard from her. I won’t go on with this issue but today we went to the store & told the manager our problem & wanted our money back. This was the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, incompetent service I have ever experienced. You don’t have to worry about me shopping there ever. Very frustrating experience!
Kenyata Johnson was awesome! all the store systems went down and she remained friendly and still manage to be so productive with getting everyone taking care of I mean she was a friendly superwoman! Promote her!
We came in to get a table and couch set Kenyata assisted us with our order I appreciate her patience and also her taking the time to explain each detail of our order. She was very professional and provided quality customer service very appreciated.
